PROTECT OUR WETLANDS

On May 21, 2022 a Derecho slashed through my community, spawning a tornado and leaving a wide path of destruction in its wake.  Climate change has become personal.  Wetland protection is one way to moderate the grim effects of climate change, to move forward with a glimmer of hope.  Wetlands are more effective than rain forests at mitigating carbon emissions.
